FIRST INTERVIEW

We actively engage with potentially suiting candidates and the positions are filled as soon as we find the right person for the job.If you're located outside the Greater Helsinki or Stockholm area, no problem! We will begin the discussion with you via Zoom.

First interview's objective is to learn more about you, introduce ourselves, and tell you more about the job and the studio.

COMPETENCE-BASED ASSESSMENT

The next step is to evaluate your competencies and experience. For most of our roles, we have a practical assessment that will be reviewed by members of our teams. If the feedback is positive, we proceed to a competence- focused interview with people from the relevant craft.

FINAL INTERVIEWS

The last step of the recruitment process is meant for you to meet the team, learn more about our projects, and get a better understanding of our studio culture, which often takes a full day.

If you are already located close to one of our offices or if the circumstances allow, we would like to organize this step as an in-person visit to our studio. Otherwise, we will arrange a remote alternative.
